He takes time to build trust with his riders, he pays close attention to detail and truly cares about each and every kid. I've trained with a couple of trainers but Tyler is by far my favorite one. Tyler will always explain everything very clear and will make sure you understand what he's telling you. Tyler will never put you on a track if it's not ridable because he always says "I'm a dad and I know how much this stuff costs." Tyler always makes things fun. It's not just the same stuff over and over and over again. He changes things up and makes them fun. One thing I love about Tyler is that he treats every trainee the same, it's not only about "the fast ones." Everyone gets the same treatment and training.

I have trained with Tyler on and off for a few years now. My experience is one that I believe many have also experienced, the whole crew is a family. They want the best for every single soul that steps foot on the property. Constantly pushing you to be the absolute best you can be even on your worst days. I've never been looked at as a number or money to them. The Thompson Family opens their home to every single rider, day in and day out with multiple family dinners for everyone at the facility. You get more than just on the bike or gym training at TMA. They helped evolve me into an all around better person, they poured their heart and soul into me on the days I felt like calling it quits. They kept me going and continue to do so even when I'm not there training! During my first week training there, I had a pretty big injury with putting a foot peg through my leg. Without the help of the Thompson family, I would not have made it out of the hospital that day. They stopped everything they were doing and got me to the hospital and took care of a complete stranger like I was their own son. They saved my life and they barely knew who I was. You aren't a number at TMA, you are family and the entire crew will do anything in their power to make sure you are taken care of and have the tools to achieve your goals and dreams.
